Rocky Mountain Dog Okanagan Collection FAQ

Rocky Mountain Dog launched the Okanagan All Mountain Dog Leash and the Okanagan Alpine Dog Collar as part of its All Mountain collection.

The design was inspired by the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, including its sunny climate, vineyards, Okanagan Lake, the Kettle Valley Rail Trail, and the legendary Ogopogo creature.

The leash features a zero-shock bungee section, neoprene-cushioned handle, quick-grab traffic handle, accessory attachment points, and is made from weather-resistant webbing. It comes in 6 ft and 8 ft lengths and supports hands-free waist and cross-body use.

The collar is made from lightweight, durable adventure-grade webbing, includes a secure aluminum D-ring and a dedicated ID tag holder to reduce noise, and is 25 mm (1 in) wide.

The products are available for sale on Rocky Mountain Dog's website and will soon be available through their retail partners.

The founder is Rob Johnson. He said the collection reflects the unique character of the Okanagan, where vineyards meet mountain trails, and encourages people to explore with their dogs.

Rocky Mountain Dog is a lifestyle brand based in Calgary, AB, that sells adventure gear for dogs including leashes, collars, harnesses, accessories, and treats. They sell online in Canada, the US, and internationally, with wholesale distribution to over 150 retailers.
