FAQ: NCL Brand Evolution and Transition

The wellness brand formerly known as Natural Cure Labs is transitioning to the streamlined NCL identity as part of a broader brand evolution, which includes a new website, packaging, and expanded product lineup.

The company is rebranding to reflect its growth from a small startup into a nationwide, multi-retailer operation, while maintaining its core standards and mission.

Changes include a newly rebuilt website (now live), new product labels with the NCL brand identity (in production), and an expanded product lineup in development.

No, the formulations inside remain unchanged. Only the packaging is being updated to align with the new visual identity.

New product labels are in production and expected to begin appearing in shipments and on major online marketplaces soon.

None of the changes affect current orders, existing formulations, or the team behind them. Customers will receive the same products, now ordered through the new website and eventually under updated packaging.

Damon Sununtnasuk, Founder & CEO of NCL, is leading the transition and stated that the name change and new website are steps toward reflecting the company's growth.

More information is available at naturalcurelabs.com, which is the company's website (note: the URL still uses the old name).
