Golden Cariboo Resources has commenced its autumn surface drilling campaign at the Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine Property and has added two Professional Geoscientists to its technical team.
The property is located approximately 4 kilometers northeast of Hixon, British Columbia, and is road accessible from Hixon in central British Columbia.
The campaign aims to extend the gold bearing Halo and Main zones' strike length from almost 600m to 2km adjacent to the black argillite-greenstone contact.
Cheryl Reid brings 20 years of experience in mineral exploration with expertise in VMS and Archean greenstone belt hosted orogenic gold projects, while Catherine Banfield has 20 years of international experience in polymetallic mineral exploration with valuable insight into structural interpretation and geological modeling.
The property includes the Quesnelle Quartz gold-silver deposit discovered in 1865 and developed over a footprint of about 150m x 150m at the Main zone straddling Hixon Creek, located along a trend with over 101 placer gold creeks that have recorded production.
The geological setting shows strong similarities with the Spanish Mountain gold deposit, which is considered an epizonal orogenic subclass of gold deposits that include world-class deposits like Muruntau, Uzbekistan and Bendigo, Australia.
The company's property covers a 94,899 hectare (234,501 acre) area along a favourable corridor adjacent to the Spanish and Eureka thrust faults.
J. Frank Callaghan is the President & CEO and can be contacted at Tel: 604-669-6463, with more details available on their website at www.goldencariboo.com.
This campaign builds on the success of earlier programs and represents continued expansion of gold-bearing zones while defining new targets at the company's flagship property.
The announcement was made on November 4, 2025, as indicated in the news release.
