Apple Business Connect is a free tool that allows businesses to customize how their information appears across Apple apps, including Apple Maps, Wallet, Siri, and Mail.
It gives restaurants control over their Apple Maps place cards to keep hours, photos, and promotions accurate and engaging, creating a direct way for customers to connect and order. They also gain access to Apple Business Connect's Insights feature to understand place card performance and customer interactions.
As stated by CEO Li-ran Navon, it strengthens visibility across Apple's tools, creating a smoother path from discovery to ordering and helping restaurants take control of their brand, customer relationships, and online presence. The integration helps manage presence across Apple Maps, Siri, Wallet, Mail, and other Apple apps.
The integration rolled out to Sauce partners in phases beginning in December 2025.
