MSLDP is a free, global, virtual leadership development program for military spouses presented by USAA, designed to empower them to become change agents in their communities through intermediate-level training.
Eligible applicants include spouses of currently serving U.S. military members from any branch (including Reserves and Guard), post-9/11 Gold Star spouses, surviving spouses, caregivers, and spouses of veterans or retirees.
