Kempinski Grace Bay is an exclusive hotel and residential project featuring an intimate collection of private apartments and beachfront villas located along Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on November 18, 2025, in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

The project is being developed by Kempinski Hotels, Europe's oldest luxury hotel group, together with international award-winning developer JTRE.

The development is situated on 11 acres of secluded shoreline along Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.

The property features 119 private residences and four oceanfront villas, all oriented toward panoramic sea views with interiors inspired by the island's natural palette.

Amenities include fine dining venues, a beach club, a 3,000 square foot wine cellar, a European spa, ocean view fitness area, sports pavilion with tennis and padel courts, and a children's club.
