Chinese baijiu was a major highlight in the 'World of Spirits' zone, featuring six of the 'Top 10 Chinese Baijiu Brands' and reaching record scale, with brands like Luzhou Laojiao introducing strategies to attract younger consumers.

The event was organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), with Jenny Koo, Deputy Executive Director of HKTDC, providing remarks. Participants included over 620 exhibitors and major buyers from companies worldwide, such as XIAMEN C&D International Wines & Spirits Group and Specks Food & Liquor Group.

On the final day, the 'Wine Fiesta' zone welcomed over 11,000 adult members of the public who could sample and purchase wines, and participate in master classes, tasting sessions, and seminars.

The fair reinforces Hong Kong's role as a regional wine and spirits trading hub by bringing together global exhibitors and buyers, hosting seminars, networking events, competitions, and tasting sessions to further industry development.

The 'World of Spirits' zone showcased the increasing diversification of the spirits market, allowing buyers to gain deeper insights into the cultures and trends of various spirits from 14 countries and regions.

Homegrown brands injected authentic Hong Kong character into the event and gained recognition from overseas buyers, contributing to the local and international appeal of the fair.
