Ranch Hand's New Seguin Manufacturing and Distribution Facility FAQ

Ranch Hand, a subsidiary of LCI Industries, has signed a 400,000-square-foot build-to-suit lease at TriPoint Logistics Center in Seguin, Texas to consolidate its manufacturing and distribution operations.

The consolidation from two existing plants into this new facility will allow Ranch Hand to double its manufacturing capacity and provides a strategic location in the heart of the Texas Triangle with direct access to Interstate 10 between Houston and San Antonio.

The facility is located at TriPoint Logistics Center in Seguin, Texas, which is a 120-acre industrial park owned by Ackerman & Co. and its investment partner Baltisse.

The facility is expected to be completed in late 2026.

The facility will produce Ranch Hand's line of industry-leading truck accessories, including grill guards, bumpers, and running boards.

Ackerman & Co. will deliver the manufacturing and distribution facility for Ranch Hand as part of their TriPoint Logistics Center development.

The 36-foot clear height cross-dock facility will include space for production, staging, packaging, and warehousing, covering 400,000 square feet within the 120-acre industrial park.

In the San Antonio MSA, Ackerman and Baltisse completed a 300,000-square-foot industrial development in Schertz (Doerr Lane Logistics Center) and a 511,000-square-foot industrial development in Selma (Corporate Drive Industrial Park).
